· Why don't the search results list any hotels?

The site is based on a database that hoteliers themselves must complete via the “register as a hotelier” button; some hotels may be missing at the moment because the hotel is not listed.

· How do I register my hotel ?

If you are a hotelier, you can add your hotel to our database via the "register as a hotelier" button. The application will ask you for your contact details and you will be automatically redirected to the screens for adding your hotel and a room. To complete your registration, please log in via the "log in" button and add images of the hotel and the other rooms if it has more than one.

· How do I book a hotel ?

You need to carry out a search by specifying the city or country and a reservation start date on the home screen. The fields to fill in are located above the "view hotels" button. You will get a list of hotels, and a message in red may tell you if there is a problem with room availability on the date you have chosen. To view availability and rooms, click on the "hotel details" button. The application will then show you the rooms and the booking dates for those rooms if they are already booked. If there is more than one reservation, you must check the availability of the room via the "availability" button. Once you have checked availability, you can click on the reservation button to proceed to the room reservation stage. On the reservation screen, if you have already made a reservation, simply fill in your details automatically, enter your email address and click on the "search" button. After this step, you need to enter a start and end date for your reservation and click on the "reservation" button to save it.

· I'm a hotelier, how do I manage my rooms and bookings ?

You will need to log in as a hotelier via the "login" button on the home screen. You will then be presented with a menu enabling you to add or modify rooms and the hotel, and to view the bookings that have been made from the website by room.
